Refund Policy

Should you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please review my cancelation/refund policy below:
1) If you cancel your appointment less than 30 minutes before your appointment start time, you will be eligible for an appointment credit that will remain on your account for use towards a future appointment booking. Or, if you do not want to reschedule, a refund will be issued.
The credit will appear in your customer account within 24 hours and does not expire. If you need assistance rebooking your appointment, please contact Julie Vergette, DVM for help.
2) If you cancel your appointment more than 30 minutes before your appointment start time, you will be eligible for a full refund. Your appointment fee will be refunded to your original payment card within 5 business days.
Should you need to cancel your multiple appointment plan, please contact Julie Vergette, DVM for help. Note that multiple appointment plans may be cancelled at any time. The amount refunded will be minus any used appointments.
